IncellDx filed the patent, not BP...you know, the guy who runs IncellDX...totally different. lol
Did the 13D group not have to respond to the section titled "Paterson and Beaty's Social Media Posts Also Violate the Federal Securities Laws"? I didn't see any mention of that. I would think you can't nominate someone who may have broken securities laws.
