I love the way some here think an S-1 is a slam dunk when Squires could not file a much simpler reports, the 10q and the 10K.
I love the way some here forget that Squires made a very similar promise in 2018 to be SEC compliant.
I love the talk about revenue from the UK while forgetting the 2 million that QMC received from the QMVT deal, which combined was still not enough to stop the need to borrow millions from Pasaca.
I love the talk about producing QD in a much smaller location in India but forgetting that there is no facility to produce the QDSC which the QD are being produced for.
I truly love Pasaca taking over this company to save it from itself.
