I found this amusing, but I must be a rube.
In the world I live in, if you have a summer cottage and rent it out, you don't start a company to rent out your damn summer cottage. Which is what Patterson did. Even gave his company a cute/stupid name, Bywatyr.
Kind of reminds me of shifting your company from one state to another to avoid paying back a debt.
Pay your damn taxes on the income from the summer cottage, for crissakes.
These 13D folks aren't dumb, but they're snakes.
