When I read the Sidley letter, I said wow, they have the facts.
When I read this Baker response, I said wow, laying on the BS.
Keep in mind, that I am not privy to any of the actual facts, but this is what my reaction to the two letters was.
Again, this is all IMHO. Each of you is entitled to your own opinions.
