13D Response. After a very quick look I saw several items that were a problem to me.
Bruce Patterson didn’t file for the patents- his company did. WHAT? Yeah right— his company files for patents on items he is working on, but he has nothing to do with the patent applications!!!
Several form responses that required only a yes /no, or a date didn’t need to be answered as required because the answer was “public knowledge “ according to the 13D response.
I am sure the FDA would accept this. And these guys think they can do better with the FDA??
I am sure I will find more when I have the time to look.
This 13D response just confirmed my negative view of the group.
