All the employees had the option of cash or shares. It might be a technical view of yours. But it is just as much a purchase in real numbers as all that received them could of had cash. But chose shares…

Would you have preferred they received the cash first before buying? But still buying after? It’s the same thing to me as buying and I see it no other way.
