Nice simple recap for all..
-Doc needed to file quarter 2 report and attorney letter to get that yield sign removed.
-Today he filed quarter 2 and an attorney letter, we are day to day to become FULLY PINK CURRENT.
-Doc confirmed to me today toxic lenders are no longer around
-Yes all financials are bare, because UNIVEC INC is just the shell.
Whats a shell? Basically a bare company with minimal employees and assets, but is used as an umbrella to have the other companies under. Those companies under the umbrella need to have assets and employees and so on. And our subsidiaries do. Nothing is rolled up yet. Hope that broke it down for those who don't know.
-You cannot have univec conglomerate inc without rolling those companies up into.
-You cant roll those companies into the conglomerate till your current and file 8ks.
Progress is being made, we are moving forward and we should start rolling even faster once OTC Markets turns our profile pink current.
