Recent slide of Todos is baffling. GC thought it is caused by market makers. Based on volume the last several trading days only Yozma Global Genomic (199,596,857 shares) or Kips Bay Select (90,409,731 shares) are likely culprits. The other thing is, they may not be selling at a loss but transferring their shares to offshore accounts in anticipation of major increase in market value in the next few months.
