Ok folks here is a lil info on NOBO lists now most here use a broker so the way I know it is each broker is listed as 1 shareholder let's say we have 100 here that use ETRADE well that is still listed as 1 only!
Don't hold me to it but can't trust that OTCMARKETS(T/A HAS TO REQUEST THAT INFO FROM BROKERS FOR EACH HOLDER)count only if doc pulls a NOBO he has the correct count as the brokers give the info to DTC etc..Hope this helps!
