Nope... it's a 10-K, not a Q, so 90 days. I believe 10/29 is the due date.

Obviously, the extension filing is always available, so it could be as late as mid-Nov.

I doubt it will take that long to get news, but I can tell you from my personal perspective that I won't be sticking around long enough to care about anything it says if we get silence until then.
