I am not quite sure how you made the jump to thinking I might be saying that the allegations in the suit are unfounded. The legal team response (had more to do with their expertise than NP's) was proper and covered all bases that needed to be covered. That is what we, as attorneys, are hired and paid to do...protect our clients in any and all events that we are presented with. The defense contained in the suit was standard and proper. There was no genius legal mind at work here either.
