This is nice way to make Generex commit but I am still unsure anything will change on the result of updating us.
Anything they say in CC falls under the disclaimer of falling "within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. These statements can be identified by introductory words such as "expects," "plan," "believes," "will," "achieve," "anticipate," "would," "should," "subject to" or words of similar meaning,
Generex will say we will update but not necessary they should do that. It all boils down whether what they anticipated -did it happen in the timeframe they thought, if it does I am sure they will update. If not, I dont think they will waste time updating and getting negative attention. I am not saying this behavior is right, but this is what we are seeing here and unfortunately I cant see how we can hold them accountable for this behavior
