Once again the infamous biotech manipulation pattern comes into play.
1) Stop-running gigantic move down.
2) unexplained buying
3) Good news comes out
How did this play out for CTIX?
1) horrific bearish scare posts, followed by a humongous move down to 1.40
2) the same day as the stop-run move, back UP, then today inexplicably up .10
3) Yep, press release
