Not sure about the deadline but I'm sure there are exceptions. We do need something solid from himr that shows either a continuation of the business plan with current share structure confirmation or jv announcement to get this out of the .000s. I believe as long as the share structure is what it's supposed to be and the move is made we will see more forward looking statements soon after.
