I will be long gone if enough hype happens involving a court decision as to a win. Now as to dollar amount I'm not interested simply because I feel the point of total exit is when and if it is announce that we won the court battle. To me it is all about the hype around that and not any money that HDC might be awarded.

I figure $200 - $400 settlement and $500 - $900 trial. As for your thoughts on dollar figures you are probably as right as I am? Who knows it is the hype of imagination from these kids that will drive the share price up as most real traders know that HDC can't stand on their own 2 feet so they will be trading on the hype that I hope is generated again.

...as to future court decisions involving new players that may have infringed I doubt anything close to the documentation exist so I'm not staying for any other possibilities. HDC screwed up by not taking the opportunity to announce that they are actively pursuing other infringers so they had but only 1 bullet and they chose Intel.
