I agree and I think you find yourself in some good company. I have seen several CEO's address organized efforts out of frustration and anger. The"game" is very real. It involves tangible and psychological consequences.
I participate on that board and encourage others to do the same. I think our message has to come with a higher degree of integrity. Anybody worth persuading in a MB environment is already sifting through the obvious noise.
Moreover, I think it is important to emphasize that it is more than a game for compensated posters. Again it comes back to traffic. Responses are worth more than "weeee" and "SCAM"... don't feed the animals!
I use the metaphor of a game....in as much as it is a field of combat where there are winners and losers....
but anything you write in a public forum should have intent....complaining about the rules of the game makes us/me/we look foolish....just as senseless bashing looks foolish to anyone....don't give them more credit than they deserve
