Many businesses, have target dates and due dates. A target date js when you want to get the deliverable done based on estimates of what it will take to have all the resources involved deliver what is needed, including outside resources of the company such as vendors..due date is a hard date when something has to be completed . NP puts out target dates and that’s where everyone gets hung up on. I do wish he was a bit more articulate when he talks about events occurring but the fact of the matter is , this is the way I have worked as a C level at the companies I have worked at. So we are not “late” because he is putting out target dates when he speaks..
