You should gather the family for a vote in October and consider ousting her. But between now and then, consider hiring a group of people to talk shit about her online, just to be sure the whole family is soured on her by that point. Make sure you stress any "deadlines" she failed to meet, and if she ever DVR'd something that went long and you missed the end, then that's worse than any mistake in filing a BLA and obvious grounds for removal.
