FWIW I took your post to be a negative cheap shot, but if I were a mod I doubt I would have deleted.
Not interested in your notes, but some quotes might be nice. Like "The Evil One" I remember the statement cloaked in disclaimer language such as "hopefully", but I've been wrong before. I work with large federal agencies and I deal with changed deadlines on a weekly basis, so if you think NP has any control over timing with any of the agencies he's working with you're horribly naïve. If you think those agencies don't give projected timelines and frequently miss them you are truly naïve. But I don't think you're naïve, I think you were just taking a cheap shot.
