I wonder if the PPD relationship/contract was in fact continuous from the BARDA round until this new contract, or if that contract expired when there was no BARDA money to move forward.
I guess it’s one thing to say you have a relationship. But I don’t imagine PPD works for free/cheap, so I’d be curious to know how much guidance/input they’ve given in the last 6 months…
