My concern with the breakthrough cases is that the CDC admitted they were not monitoring all the breakthrough cases because they did not have the 'staff' to do so.

So, with that being the point, how many in fact could be hospitalizations and deaths?

There are a lot of politics in play here pushing the get vaccinated no matter what, while ignoring the underlying negligence of some of the health agencies which are supposed to be actually be ensuring these vaccines are working or not.
