I’m 99% certain FDA letter was not the reason for Phillipines gone silent. I think it is what went on behind close doors with US and phillipines. FDA def issued that letter with intent of hurting cydy chances in other countries and to save face of why they hadn’t approved it. They simply put played dirty to slow down cydy in their worldwide tracks. However it didn’t completely work because 2 trials will be starting very soon in Brazil and covid is still very much Alive and may get worse with variants and winter approaching in many countries.
