I would still would NOT split those profits 60/40 because it limits my ability to capture the whole billion the next year and continue annual growth of market share that will only capture the complete market eventually. To be limited to 60% in a 3-5 year market grab doesn’t sound good to me either. When I can attain 100% of total market while the name recognition becomes a household name. Being aggressive with advertising initially would be my biggest hope. I like the drug commercials that pushes the average person to ask their doctor how this drug can help them. You can’t replace good advertising… How many times a week do you see a Humira commercial on TV. They have the most revenue of any drug ever and have they stopped advertising?
