To add a little more... What that actually means is:
They deregistered their shares with the SEC (Now alternative reporting). 68 shareholders on record (valid). No longer an SEC registrant. Can't be suspended due to delinquent financials and they are: about 3 years behind.
The SEC can't zap them due to financials now... BUT they need to get "current" with OTC Markets by this Fall (Sept). Gives them a little more time to work on things (if they even care to pursue the OTC Market filings).
Share structure looks good.

I'm not buying this one but I really like to watch these stocks. They come out with the right thing, or get the right person in there and it can run up 1000s%
