DJ, odds are the QMC name does not have any traction for branding purposes overseas.
Innova is promoting QMCHealthID on their own website and QMC is promoting it in our own websites.
Wherever Innova's tests are sold and the app is bundled with it, there is possibly either a government or business private label for the app, and/or it is behind a GUI or Live person type interface system.
Innova UK and Australia have distributors and possibly bundling under their name, and Innova Europe, based in France, no doubt has translations to foreign languages.
My point is business can be done without seeing the QMC name in lights. Hopefully management will explain it's work these last two years in the proxy and the S-1 that follows.
