We'd likely win by a landslide.... But I presume there's no way to collect?
How does bankruptcy work? Once David ultimately completes that would the government pay us what's owed in a judgement? Or does everything just get zeroed out?
I've lost over 100k.... Not sure about the rest of you guys... Maybe it's like $50 so you don't care....
