Imho, we can almost assuredly put 13d in the rearview mirror, as they have outed themselves & have added to their resume' of failure.
Imho, they had hoped to use misdirection on vulnerable retail investors who were not misled by the company, but got got caught up in a "sacrifice lives for profit play".
In this day & these times, a man or woman to be trusted would simply ask: Nader, what can I do to help?
