My thoughts for the Longs going through this Tough Time is to take a Moment.....Close Your Eyes and Go back to an instance that made You Smile & Happy.....Grandma's Homemade Apple Pie...the Day You Fell in Love...the Birth of Your Child then the Birth of a Grandchild and then Possibly the Birth of a GREAT Grandchild....Your First Bicycle...That Smell of that Brand New Car.....that First Kiss with Your Loved One...

HOPEFULLY You can Find that Moment in Time.....and HOPEFULLY it can Change Your Outlook for the Rest of the Day....SO SO Much to Reflect upon the GOOD TIMES in LIFE...... and Help Lower the Frustration & Blood Pressure.....
