I am going to repost this in relation to a post by Sean007 saying that by filing a lawsuit, CYDY had "thrown down the gauntlet" and showed that management was "focused on objectives" and "protecting shareholder interests and patents" and respectfully ask why it was deleted. There is nothing angry, defamatory, or improper about it. Is it flag and pom pom waving? No...so is that the reason? It is a valid question with a valid point.

Your post is confusing.

If a management team WASN'T focused on objectives and DIDN'T protect shareholder interests and company owned patents, they would be ousted. No gauntlet has been thrown. They are doing the jobs they are paid very well to do. Let's not act like they're heroes for doing the daily jobs that are expected of them.
