I REALLY like their new law firm, Sidley Austin! I see this as nothing less than a pre-emptive strike to throw the 13D gang off balance given they've probably been working on their own lawsuit since they received the letter. I suspect SA already had this ready to go before they sent the letter, and may have been sitting on it for several days before sending it so as to hit them when they're not expecting it. Now Rosenbomb has to change his strategy and go on the defensive rather than the other way around. I think the goal here is to keep the 13D gang twisted up in their knickers and off balance while running out the clock, not that they need to, but just a good strategy. Good for CYDY!!!
