I will start by saying I hope, if 13d (or any other group threatening CYDY) is in fact nefarious, that they are gone forever. That being said, let me get this straight...
If a 3rd party files a lawsuit against CYDY, it is obviously 100% bullshit, baseless, devoid of fact and or merit.
If CYDY files a lawsuit against a 3rd party, it is obviously correct, irrefutable, and CYDY will win every time.
No, that doesn't sound a bit myopic.
And for the record, there is no reason to delete this post.
