Hey Perry Mason, there were not 19 cases. That’s either stupidity or an outright lie.
There was 1 case and it is cited in the ‘we got our asses handed to us by the jury, so let’s attempt to save face’ PR.
This is a civil matter, not criminal. No one was found guilty. The term is liable and you even highlighted it.
There were a total of 39 charges in the ONE CASE and 37 verdicts of not liable.
There were 19 211’s that were the subject of the BS “alleged” grand conspiracy. Micah signed only 4 and Spartan received the standard fees. There was no money trail so the “ill gotten gains” claim in the PR is more BS.
They even claimed ClearTrust’s attorney wasn’t an “expert” when it came to Transfer Agencies.
Just as SFRX pretends to be salvors, the SEC pretended to be looking out for the public. David was completely exonerated. Carl and Micah’s liable verdicts should get tossed, and they probably will.
Any word from the state? Can SFRX go out and play salvor yet?
