Amen to that. i have to say, this is not the type of PR i like to see. but maybe it's necessary. regardless, ok - now you've publicly slapped the 13D group. now let's move past this immediately and focus on business - and when i say business - doing something that allows us to sell our drug (for actual money). lawsuits, arguments, etc. are draining. fine for rosenbaum - he's got nothing else to do. but our company can't afford to get dragged into a legal quagmire.

i'd be fine with the company going dead silent on everything except for:

1. Brazil trial update (not an announcement that someone approved something - but people being actually being treated)

2. BLA update

3. BTD or other massive, world changing news.
