Lawsuits are usually by the denied party majority of the time. This is an aggressive move by Cytodyn and in my opinion it is about time to set the story straight.

The shareholders need the truth and Cytodyn believes this too. To now prove without a doubt how the 13d group was never truthful in their intent and their choice of their attack on Cytodyn will set us free of all the doubt and unjustified criticized BS that they have flung our direction. There were a negative force and never had shareholders interests in mind is my belief and I won’t be convinced of anything less.
