I have no argument regarding the importance of the clearance vs the filing.
The IND filing being material or not is another matter. I am not purchasing more shares, in part because I don't know whether it has been filed or even when/if it might get filed. Therefore it is material to me. The PPS decline seems to confirm my thinking.
If I had known there was a science issue, the mice getting covid causing a huge delay I wouldn't have bought ten's of thousands of shares at much higher PPS. That information was material and known by Generex for many months. JMO.
