Everyone stands in awe of a legal mastermind who has not just one, but over 50 errors of fact and/or "misstatements" in a filing for a proxy vote, thus allowing the company to disallow the proxy.

I am sure we will be equally stunned by the brilliance of the mastermind then filing suit to force inclusion on the ballot, since filing a suit will open up all of the 13-D group's funding records to discovery.
