True I have not done the counting and I have not been on the private calls.
Could you do us a favor?
PLEASE LIST THE NAMES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS AND THEIR SHARE COUNTS THAT HAVE CONFIRMED THEY WILL VOTE FOR THE 13D SHOULD THEY SOMEHOW GET ON THE BALLOT.
That way we can all verify and admit you were right should your count prove correct.
