Sept 28th is SEC date, and ETrade did not post an early cut-off. Some will and some won't. I'm not worried about this company. I know they'll get it done. Everyone has to do what they have to do, but I'm not chasing the pps when the fins and news send it climbing. Just my preference based on what I believe is coming.
