Executive Officers and Directors shall maintain the highest standards of integrity, both in the workplace and outside the workplace, fully observing all laws and applicable regulations.
So, where is the disclosure of what is going on with the IND, the IPO, the Arizona, Florida, Ohio and other deals? All we have is silence.
And as we see, the value for shareholders keeps going down..
