Just a thought, could the suppression of news and info be purposeful to wring out the stockholders and warrant holders who were exacting financiers for which stock as redeemable debt so that when news is given, the POA breakthrough leaves them out in cold. Probably not the case, but I can find no rational explanation for what is going on.
