I’m sure GNBT/NGIO have made progress on specific initiatives… and are at or near certain milestones. But it boggles the mind as to why they don’t give a PR status update … when you are relying on shares to fund these initiatives don’t you want the highest SP possible? This is a really perplexing… the quiet period is so mercurial
