I did not reach back out again though.
This isn't just about Joe. The whole team plays a part. Including the BOD who is elected to protect shareholder's interests. Are our inside directors doing their jobs overseeing the management team. Are our outside/independant directors watching out for us and keeping everyone honest? Are they too closely tied together to provide the level of oversight that is required?
