The investigation is certainly centered on Pourhassan and Kelly and the share sales on and around 4/30/2020. What they are looking for is evidence of a pump and dump scheme. No significant misrepresentations so no such scheme exists.

If they do a proper investigation I'm sure they'll see the rise in share price up to $10 was driven in part by buying from Andrew Left. As long as he didn't naked short that's all perfectly legal except if he lied in the report that he took down.
