Also, Seeking Alpha sends out an urgent alert of "breaking news" -- that the SEC and DOJ are "issuing subpoenas."

This was breaking news Friday afternoon. It was breaking news all weekend. It could even be called breaking news on Monday morning.

But it's sure not "breaking news" on a Tuesday afternoon half a week after the news was out.

It's just more FUD compliments of the short syndicates.
