Looks like the "Complete Vaccine" is a "Complete Bust".. Cannot even get clearance to begin first phase human clinical trials. And what about the decision to file pre-IND to facilitate process. Maybe too many mice ended up in the ICU. What in heaven's name is going on with this company???
