From my perspective the majority of posters on the investors hangout message board are not bashers but legitimate shareholders with legitimate questions. When I said there were shareholders considering alternatives, I was referring to filing a 13d, not whether to buy, sell, or hold. I am part of a group of concerned shareholders that is in initial stages of preparing and organizing for such an action. In a very small group of shareholders we already have sufficient votes to file and we haven’t invited any of the other disgruntled shareholders from the message board. Maybe it is time for GNBT management to reconsider how “quiet” they want to be.

PS - in the past I have been a vocal supporter of GNBT management but as I have said August 1 was my line in the sand. Time for change.
