Bruce and Beaty for sure own IncellDX. Would Rosenbaum do a simple trade of Patterson on board and in exchange Cytodyn buys IncellDX, possibly. But for someone who would stiff a very small debt while sitting on a large pile of cash I have my doubts. Not to mention where's the accountability for the $220,000 or so the 13ders forked over to Rosenbaum.

More likely is that Rosenbaum's getting shares as a finders fee for the sale. I don't think it would be necessary to let any other 13ders know about any side deals. They seem to be happy to have Patterson without thinking twice about the dilution to Cytodyn.

I would like to know why Beaty got shares under the consulting agreement with Cytodyn. He doesn't know the science or about much of anything else. Bruce and him seem thick as thieves and I do mean that literally.
