My point was that if the 13D group chooses to file any kind of lawsuit against the company, the door is open to finding out all kinds of dirt.
Funny how desperate some people are to act like this was not a monumental screw-up by 13D -- and how much trouble they will have if they are dumb enough to file a lawsuit.
