A seasoned CEO would be familiar with Nasdaq listing, properly filed S1's , FDA/IND process/approval, reasonable time-lines, build Shareholder trust, solid funding to avoid delays/dilution, valuation transparency, reliable PR's , Annual budget, Revenue forecast etc.
Joe's bio is very basic, no solid Pharma Management history. A list of company names doesn't really cut it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but doubt has become reality. IMO the BOD should have concerns too but it appears a non-issue.......another serious concern. At what point does it become a liability to run a public company ..............
Toxic funding /dilution/ NGIO Class B ........ not the way to erase the past 3 years !!! Regardless of potential future "luck" , past accountability should be reviewed and adjustments considered !
