I agree with MLR. We are close. Doc wanted to drop the PR last week but that was purely contingent on us going FULLY PINK CURRENT. The second we do, most likely we get a nice PR.

Doc is former vice president of RITE AID. He's got this and he gave OTC everything they wanted then suddenly they wanted more. It will all come together and it will get done, sometimes these processes take a minute or two.
